Correct me if I'm wrong but I do recall that you can use different lighting profiles for different peripherals (ie: keyboard 1 lighting profile and mouse a different profile). I can't seem to get that to work on synapse, can someone advise how?

Albeit emotionally cheating.
We started dating around a year ago and there was a rumour brought up early on in the relationship that he was still in touch with his ex.
I confronted him then as I didn’t want to invest in a relationship that was anything but honest, transparent and monogamous. He assured me he was speaking to his ex before we met but not the case afterwards, and that she didn’t want anything to do with him.
I reiterated the importance of honesty regarding emotional connections outside of our relationship for me (due to being cheated on many times in the past, and I know it sends me spiralling in self loathing). No further action was taken on my part and he asked me to trust him.
On Monday he was making dinner and his laptop was open. We had been going through some recent experiences that showed me emotional disconnection and so I wanted to take a peek.
I discovered he has been talking to his ex since then. She doesn’t seem to want anything to do with him, but there’s obviously some sort of emotional desperation to connect with her. Constantly asking how she is, specially since she doesn’t engage with him other than with basic responses to his inquiries. And when she doesn’t respond after a few days he further inquired as to why there’s no response.
She lives in another continent literally, and they broke up 2 years ago. She has no interest in him from what I could see. No video calls, no pictures shared.
I have not told him I know but I feel betrayed as my request for transparency was simple, I feel like I want to disengage and not confront this as I’m afraid he will twist it against me for violating his privacy by going through his messages, and I know I was wrong.
We live together, have otherwise a good relationship, has never shown signs of flirtatious behaviour when we’re out, and have been talking about opening a company and starting a family.
The only thing that would help me get past this is him ending all connections with her and being transparent enough for me to check they remain no contact, at least unless she reaches out (which I doubt) as that would be out of his control but I know that’s not healthy so I won’t ask for it.
What would you do?

Hey all, I have a few questions about climbing.
Background:
I'm a hard stuck Gold DPS and am Silver 3 sup but slowly climbing.
I want to get to at least plat for both.
When I play DPS my whole mindset is to go for the sup, but I always end up dying. I am typically behind the tank or try to flank to kill them. Do I just suck or is my positioning and timing just terrible?
For sup, since I'm a DPS main I play off healers and focus on the weak enemies and the tank. I mainly play Lucio and Zen. I also always get smack talked for low heals even tho I have nobody to heal? Is that my problem or theirs?
How should I change my mindset/positioning when I play sup and DPS?

Hi everyone,
I'm at a point in my career where I feel like I could really benefit from having a mentor. Someone who can guide me, challenge me, and help me grow both professionally and personally.
However, I'm not sure where to start looking for a mentor. I've tried networking events and reaching out to people in my industry, but haven't had much luck. I'm also not sure what qualities to look for in a mentor or how to approach them.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had success in finding a mentor and if you have any advice for someone like me who is just starting out. How did you find your mentor? What qualities should I look for in a mentor? How do I approach someone to ask them to be my mentor?

“Penny the Brave”
Some years back, I was serving a congregation in up-state New York. Now this town was in the armpit of God’s creation. No, names. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings if this happens to be anyone who reads this stories hometown. I mean, even God’s armpit has good people living in it.
Still, this place was a dump, a lot of crime and drug abuse, still there were a lot of lovely people there. Especially in our church. Our congregation was made up mostly of seniors, as is usually the case. Young people today will believe in witches, wendigos, vampires and the fey. Anything but God, let alone Jesus.
Still, among my congregants there were some “youngish” people that attended. In particular, and the focus of this story, was an insurance claims adjuster named Barbara. Now Barbara was pure Brooklyn Italian. Loud, brash, and just an all-around delightful person. She, like many from the Bensonhurst area, was afraid of no one or nothing. At least nothing physical.
So, one day, Barbara called me on the phone. She said excitedly that she needed to see me as soon as possible. Hearing the panic in her voice, I said, sure, all right come on over and so she did. I was puzzled by that call, but hey, being there for people is all in a day’s work for a pastor. People do not come to us when everything is going great in their lives.
When she showed up, I was shocked. The lady who was always perfectly coiffed, with big puffy hair, perfect makeup, and nails, was a mess. Her hair was dank and had fallen all around her face. Her eyes were red and puffy. She had dark circles under them. Frankly, it looked like she had been crying, and hadn’t slept for a while. I immediately thought the worst had happened to her after seeing her arrive in such a state. My first notion was that someone had assaulted her, a common occurrence in this town, or that one of her kids had been hurt or killed. It turned out I was wrong on both counts.
When I got a coherent story out of her, it boiled down to this: She had been sent out by her insurance company to survey an old house. This house had been built around the turn of the last century. So, she with her dog, a little Yorkie, went out to the house to do the claim. Now, the weather was exceptionally cold and had been for a couple of weeks. So, when she got there, she was not surprised to see that the whole house was covered in ice. Still, there had been an ice storm, a few days earlier, so she was not particularly surprised. She then made her way inside the house via the pass key. It was then that she noticed that the interior of the house was completely covered in ice. Again, not surprising. It was cold and since it had stood empty, the pipes had frozen, or so she thought.
Barbara then starts doing her adjuster thing. Now this was a while ago, so she starts taking polaroid pictures. For you kids, as hard as it is to believe, there was a time when we did not have cameras on our cell phones. Anyhow, she was taking pictures all over the house with her dog whimpering and cowering behind her, when she got to the basement door.
Now, while nothing untoward had happened so far, Barbara was still feeling very creeped out. She felt a strong need to run. Unfortunately, she ignored that feeling. As an aside never ignore your feelings, that is the Holy Spirit prompting you. Anyhow, she forced herself forward because it was her job to find all the damages in the place so she could write up the claim and she really needed her job.
Uncertainly, she and her dog went down the stairs into the basement. As she is going down, in the dark, with only a flashlight, see above about cell phones not having flashlights either in those days. It was while making her way downstairs that she saw something dart out in front of her. Then a horrendous stench filled her nostrils. It smelled she said like something really awful had died down there, at the same time she heard an ear bursting scream. So, being smart, and not an idiot in a horror movie, she, as you kids say “noped it” back up the stairs. She ran to the front door, her dog yelping and running after her. She gets to the door, and it won’t open. She pulls and pulls. It is unlocked but it won’t open. Finally, the adrenaline kicks in so hard that she pulls the knob out from the door, and it falls to the floor. She then flung it open, grabbed her Yorkie, and jumped into the car and raced home.
By the time Barbara arrived home, her rational mind had kicked in. She started to think that her mind had played tricks on her. She had convinced herself of this when she pulled out the pictures that she had taken at the house to start writing up her report. It was then that she saw it. No, not a Skinwalker or a wendigo. Sorry. But a young women holding a child’s hand. Both of them were wearing period dress from around the early twentieth century. Both of them had their mouths open as if screaming. She fainted.
Now, Barbara being the tough woman that she is, tried to ‘tough it out” but then the dreams started. Horrible nightmares about the women and child dying after having been given poison by her husband. She endured this for about two weeks. Until she could take it no longer and she came to see me for help.
After hearing this story, I then asked to see the pictures she had taken. She was not lying or delusional. There was a woman and child in period dress in them. Upon seeing this proof, I performed a minor exorcism on her. However, I feared that an exorcism on her alone would not be enough to give her peace. So, I asked her for the address of the house. I told Barbara that I needed to go to that place and cleanse it. Lest Barbara never be given any peace.
So, packing up Penny, my pit-bull, who will chew anyone’s face off that tries to hurt me, as well as putting my old thirty-eight in my pocket, like I said the town was sketchy, I went to this house. It was how Barbara had described it. There was a doorknob on the floor, and the door was still wide open. Oddly, no vagrants had taken refuge there. Now the ice had disappeared from outside as the weather had warmed up. But on the inside of the house, it was still icy. Odd, I thought as I surveyed the place.
So, I kissed my white stole and crucifix put them on and proceeded to start the blessing. Now nothing happened to me. No ghost. No Vampires. No smells. Nothing. Still, I felt distinctly uneasy as I walked the house. Because the whole time I was there I thought I was being watched. In this feeling I was not alone. Penny felt something too. But being made of sterner stuff than Barbara’s Yorkie, she did not cower or cringe behind me. She was in full fur missile mode. Shoulders hunched up ready to attack anything that moved.
Everything was all right until we hit the basement. Fearing vagrants, I pulled out my pistol as I went down the stairs while saying the prayers. It was then that I heard a scream. You ever get a sudden drop in your stomach and adrenaline surge while scared? The Bible calls that “a girding of the loins” I felt that. Well, that happened to me. Anyhow, it is at that moment that Penny went hurtling in front of me. Snarling and snapping. There was horrendous screaming. However, I could not see a thing. After she came trotting back to me after what seemed like an eternity, she had a …. Possum in her mouth. A very much newly dead possum. Laughing to myself, I finished my prayers and left. Certain while there may have been a spirit there, it had been cleansed and the screamer would scream no more, thanks to Penny.
As I was leaving thinking that there was a job well done, I looked back at the front door. It was open again. There stood the woman and her child…………… I did not go back.
The aftermath? Barbara no longer had bad dreams after we burned the picture, and her faith has been strengthened. Oh, and Penny got a big pig’s knuckle to gnaw on.
